POLICY

You will be required to pay a £20 deposit when booking an appointment, which will be then deducted off your service bill on the day.

If you're more than 15 Minutes late to your appointment, It may not be possible to carry out the service and we may need to re-schedule an alternative appointment, In which case your deposit is Non - Refundable.

Cancellations made 72 hours prior to your appointment will not incur any charges.

Cancellations made 24 Hours before Appointment will incur a £20 Fee.
